Braden Astorga-Rollins of Alaska’s Blackwater Railroad Company makes his Birdies debut!

Braden Rollins, multi-instrumentalist and vocalist from Blackwater Railroad Company, has established his voice in the next generation of Alaska songwriters and folk musicians. Known for his warm vocals, thoughtful songwriting, and steady guitar work, Braden brings a mellow, rootsy energy that highlights the heart of BWRR’s sound. Steeped in both his Alaskan roots and California borderlands upbringing, Braden's music weaves bluegrass, jazz, and latin traditions while speaking to real issues. Stripped-down and intimate, his performances offer a rare chance to hear songs and stories from Braden's upcoming debut solo album 'Campfire Songs for the End of the World': up close—honest, soulful, and unmistakably Alaskan.

Jentri Jollimore is a self-taught guitarist and songwriter currently living in southwestern New Hampshire, USA. Her music is a mix of traditional folk influences, found sound, drama, and too much caffeine. After a 10 year hiatus in a corporate job, Jentri is back to her heart's center: writing and performing original music. She's recorded songs and sounds for short films that range from horror to absurdist. She loves creating songs that are pure and true to herself. She dislikes writing about herself in third-person. Since 2021, Diamond Blues, an eclectic group of accomplished musicians passionate about honoring the legacy of Jerry Garcia, have taken Boston by storm. Led by David Rubin on Vocals & Guitar, Diamond Blues features Madolyn Allison on Vocals & Percussion, Lucas Bateman on Drums, Ian Brenckle on Bass, Caroline Killoh on Vocals & Keys, and Christopher Belden on Sax. DB, as it’s often called by fans, mines their repertoire from the Jerry Garcia Band songbook and blends other fan favorites consistent with the original sound of JGB. Since arriving in Keene in August 2008, George Robinson has immersed himself in the local music community and is actively involved in a variety of musical and educational organizations. In addition to leading several groups that perform across the region, he has served as the drummer of the Keene Jazz Orchestra since 2009. With the KJO, he has performed with world-class musicians such as Gordon Goodwin, Sheila Jordan, Gary Smulyan, and more. As an educator, George has worked with students of all abilities and ages, covering everything from basic skills and techniques to All-State and college audition materials.
